Aldine TX ISD - Investigators with the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable's Domestic Violence unit conducted an investigation which allegedly revealed that a woman was physically and verbally assaulted on multiple occasions at her residence at the 20,000 block of Cypresswood Creek Drive.
According to a Harris County Constable Pct. 4 statement, the complainant alleged that on June 1, 2011, Heriberto Morales, 47, who is employed as an Aldine I.S.D. police officer, got into a verbal argument with the complainant which led to a physical assault. She alleged that on this date he grabbed her around the waist and squeezed her and forced her head toward a sink full of water and also threw her to the ground and threatened to kill her.
