Arizona - The Executive Director of the BC Civil Liberties Association says the RCMP has pulled out of a training program in the US following allegations of misconduct. David Eby claims a police force in Arizona, that trains Canadian officers in drug recognition, is accused of racial profiling and refusing services to people who don't speak English. Eby says over the past two years, hundreds of RCMP officers trained with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, which raises concerns.
