Australia - FANCY living or working in a former bikie den? Here's the perfect opportunity for you.
The Bandidos clubhouse in Petersham is up for sale or lease, and comes complete with a spa bath and plush bathroom.
Around the corner, the former Hells Angels clubhouse, which was firebombed two years ago at the height of the bikie wars, is being reinvented as four residential flats.
Despite what they call in real estate speak their "colourful histories", which includes police raids, the two properties boast a high exposure in an excellent location close to public transport.
Real estate agent George Danilidis would not say why the Bandidos had moved out of the Parramatta Rd clubhouse, but he said the owners are investors who are selling up or looking for a new tenant.
"The building has had a few different businesses in it over the few years, not just the Bandidos," Mr Danilidis said.
He said the building was newly renovated, in top condition without a cent needing to be spent and would suit a discerning buyer or tenant.
