Aurora CO - The city of Aurora has settled out of a court with a second man shot by police violating department policy during a break-in at a car lot last spring, city officials said this week.
According to a settlement signed in November, the city will pay Yevgeni Straystar $215,000 in exchange for the 18-year-old not bringing a lawsuit against the city in connection with the March 20 shooting that left him partially paralyzed.
