Owyhee Co., ID - Owyhee County Prosecutor Doug Emery said he received a serious complaint about Sheriff Daryl Crandall and his office in late November, and forwarded it to the state attorney general. Emery said the 22-year-old Marsing woman who filed the complaint is a former county jail inmate. Part of her allegation was that she was the victim of a crime and asked the sheriff's office to investigate it - but they would not.
