Orange Co., FL - An Orange County Sheriff's Office deputy is under investigation after a friend of his was arrested, accused of flashing the deputy's badge to get better seats at a concert.
The arrest came after a security manager at House of Blues near Downtown Disney complained to an off-duty deputy about an unruly patron who had been flashing a badge.
According to an arrest report, several witnesses said the man, Garrett Maule, had tried to use the badge to get better seats or gain access to a private room inside the bar.
