Hackensack, NJ - The ongoing legal issues affecting the Hackensack Police Department continued to play out on Nov. 14 in Bergen County courts.
Three city police officers and one civilian were arraigned on charges that resulted from a June incident in Paramus. The defendants are considering plea arrangements.
In a separate court matter, a judge denied suspended Police Chief Charles "Ken" Zisa's attempt to have the charges filed against him last year dismissed. A January trial date is set for Zisa.
