Nevada - The California Vagos motorcycle club member accused of inciting a fight at a Sparks casino between rival Hells Angels members that turned deadly on a crowded dance floor has been brought back to Reno to face charges related to the Street Vibrations-related melee.
Gary Stuart Rudnick, 45, was brought back to Reno on Tuesday to face an indictment charging him with challenge of a fight with a deadly weapon causing death and conspiracy to engage in an affray.
No arraignment date had yet been set in Washoe District Court. He has 72 hours to make his first court appearance.
