Ontario Canada - The Horsemen Motorcycle Club threw a big party near Ridgetown Saturday and everyone attending the function had to go through a police checkpoint.
By mid-day, about 20 officers from the OPP Biker Enforcement Unit, Chatham-Kent Police Service Intelligence Unit, Sarnia Police Service and RCMP were visible in two locations on Kenesserie Road ? at and near ? Reeders Line.
"A member of the Horsemen owns property here and it's their annual Smokefest," OPP Det. Sgt. Mark Wollocombe told The Chatham Daily News.
Wollocombe predicted 500 people would attend the club's 10th annual pig roast.
