Coon Rapids MN - He was supposed to uphold the law but, instead, a retired Coon Rapids police officer admitted in Anoka County District Court Monday that he broke it.
Joe Hunt, an officer with the Coon Rapids Police Department from 1977 until he retired as an investigator in 2004, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal sexual contact for sexually abusing a boy.
The abuse took place while he was a police officer.
