Williamsport PA - A suspended Williamsport Bureau of Police officer had his day in court Wednesday, but not before a jury. Instead, Dustin Kreitz, 42, pleaded guilty in Lycoming County Court to failure to report a gift. Other charges were dismissed by the state attorney general's office prior to his court appearance.
