- dont know if its much help but i had a wide glide front end with 6 degree rake on a 92 1200 sporty .i will admit i nearly did not make it round a curve on my first run out on it after conversion, but that was my own fault for not feeling it out easy on first run .after that i rode it that way for 4 years no prob ,handled good. - Raked trees by themselves is not the answer. Take Knuckle Draggers advice and put all the information into the equation for a safe ride. I am including a site with other calculators for bikes which may be helpful. http://www.martindalecenter.com/Calculators1_3_Auto.html#AUTO-MOTORCYCLES Good Luck By: bobp on: 10-9-2007
