- simple test is jack your bike up, move your front end to one side or the other if forks flop over it is time to grease and adjust the fork bearings. fairly simple. If bearings will not clamp down time for new races and bearings. Do not just replace the bearings, it will only be a half assed fix. By: MarkGoff on: 9-25-2008
