A JURY at Birmingham Crown Court was today in its fourth day of deliberations to try to reach verdicts in the case of six men accused of murdering a Hell's Angel biker on a Midland motorway.
Thirty five-year-old Gerry Tobin was shot in the back of the head by a gunman from a car as he was riding his motorbike in convoy along the M40 in August last year after leaving the Bulldog Bash festival.
It is alleged he was "executed" by members of the South Warwickshire chapter of the Outlaws, a bikers' gang.
Malcolm Bull, 53, from Milton Keynes, Ian Cameron, 46, of no fixed address, Simon Turner, 41, from Nuneaton, Karl Garside, 45, his brother Dane Garside, 42, and Dean Taylor, 46, all from Coventry, have all denied a charge of murder and possessing two shotguns.
