manifold requirements for Mikuni carb

Got a Mikuni carb & need to know what manifold I need to install with it. Currently running an S&S Super E on a 1990 Evo. Do I need a Mikuni manifold or do they install to stock HD manifold? Was a long time ago I installed the S&S and simply cant remember. Old age & CRS...Thanks for all replies... |

- let me rephrase my last dumbass question...dont have the carb in hand yet so dont know what the mount requirments look like...is there an adapter to mount a Mikuni to an S&S manifold or will I have to scrounge up a Mikuni or HD manifold??? thanks for any help... By: bikernerd99 on: 11-4-2009
- The last Mikuni I installed popped right on to a stock HD CV Carb manifold. All I had to do was change the rubber seal ring. By: Guest on: 11-4-2009
- Depends which Mikuni Carb you have. Hopefully its the 40mm, spigot mount, then it will fit your stock Evo Intake manifold. OR if you have the Flange manifold and want to mount the spigot mont type Mikuni, then get the parts needed from jireh cycles dot com. Or get any and all parts needed from them, they are the cheapest and very crediable folks. We use them a lot.
