Does anyone know of a inexpensive kit on the market or how to DIY foot clutch for a 2000 softail? |
Answers:
- Foot clutches are for vehicles you don't have to balance at the stop light. If you want to test your abilities - buy a unicycle. By: 47Knuckle-Dragger on: 9-22-2007
- V twin has a jockey shift kit. 1-888-316-1994. Rocker clutches as well. On the purple chopper I made a hydraulic clutch using a hmemade bracket out of aluminum, bolted up a GMA master cylinder, cut the brake pedal and flipped it over so that it would look right welded that shit all up. had to modify the arm a bit also. Ran the hydraulics back to the clutch, replaced the mechanicle with a hydralic unit. lot of work but it looked great5 and worked just fine.
OF course this was not my bike, foot clutches are for flatlanders and show bikes. I agree with KD on this. lol
