I doubt it. Your best bet is to check all the componants you've put together to build this front end. Check the neck-bearing fall-away as well as checking the neck bearings for brinelling (roller/race cupping). Check your axle bearings for end play & wear. Check your spoke tightness. Check the pinch bolts at the lower tree.
Stand over your front-end with the front wheel between your legs and try and torque the front end into a twist by using the handlebars as a lever.
At certain speeds, depending on how you've built your ride, your front end will extend fully from wind pressure, like a airplane wing. This leaves little support in the lower-leg bushings and the tubes will walk inside the lower legs.
You can cure this by replacing the lower-leg bushings and/or shortening the spacer you used in the tube and switching to straight 20 weight oil in the tubes instead of fork oil. By: 47Knuckle-Dragger on: 7-15-2006
