JUST REPLACED FRONT BRAKE LINE REFILLED TRIED TO BLEED IT BUT IT WILL NOT PRESSURE UP I GET FLUID JUST WONT PUMP UP ANY SUGETIONS

- There's a little trick to tickling the lever to eliminate the air.
Set your ride upright, loosen the screws that hold the master and lever to the handlebars and tilt the master and handlebars so the master cylinder is parallel to the ground. Remove the cover to the master so you can clearly see the fluid. Now, just barely jiggle the brake lever and you'll see tiny bubbles come from the bleedback orofice at the bottom of the master. Keep doing that until you don't get any more bubbles and you should have a airless hydraulic unit. Replace the gasket and cover; with both hands on the clutch and brake lever, reposition the brake lever and torque the screws back down. By: 47Knuckle-Dragger on: 4-21-2009
