Answers:

  1. I have found lowering kits leave the front end spongy. Did you change the tubes and springs? I'm sure you made sure the fork oil is the proper type and amount. I've always run my bikes -2" in the front and installed the corresponding tubes and sometimes had to cut the stock springs, but with great results. By: OneEye on: 1-25-2010

  2. Telling you dude, the Progressive kit works great. I've had the Race Tech kit, and it's okay. The Progressive is easier and works better if anything. By: Guest on: 1-25-2010

  3. I put a Progressive front end lowering kit on my last bike and it was a giant improvement over stock. The bike didn't squish down on braking, felt more controlled, and all good stuff. Pot holes and speed bumps are a different story. Pay attention. By: Guest on: 1-31-2010
