want to get a 5 or 6 spd buildrs tansmission kit and build the tranny myself - never done this before and am looking for any tips, considerations, etc I should know before plunging into it

Answers:
- I think no one has answered this question because it's not exactly a "HELP" question. You wanna build a tranny out of parts...go for it. It's like gettin' punched in the face by some 280 lb. motherfucker at the bar...everybody oughta try it at least once...just to see what you got.
Tips? A clean place to work, all the tools you need to do the job, an ol' lady that won't keep comin' out to the garage askin' when you're coming to bed, and the phone number of the guy you buy all this shit from when you've got it all built and you can't get it into gear.
