- Seems like companies that produce aftermarket shit care less and less nowadays about rather their shit's right or not. A few years back an H-D dealer in the Bay Area told me they were no longer going to stock Shovelhead parts. I told 'em to inventory everything and I'd make 'em an offer they couldn't refuse. Close to the best investment I ever made. I think I've got about 3 valve guides, a mousetrap spring and an assortment of dried-up gaskets left. By: 47Knuckle-Dragger on: 7-31-2010
- Couldn't agree more with both your comments. I pain stake to find old stuff and refresh if i can. Every new piece typically is machined poorly and pretty cheap in material. New is especially subject to suspect in my book.
Good luck on your build. By: beau on: 7-31-2010
- Thanks for the replys. What realy fucks' me off is most companys act like you are inconvinaceing them by complaining!!!!For the money that they charge,,they should do everything to make things right,,I guess they are so use to fuckin' people over it's become a way of bussiness for them.
