What's your question? I need to readjust the mainshaft bearing race - its out two far - needs to be within 1/10 of an inch from the main drive gear.
Details: I need a bearing puller/installer for the job - pretty expensive tool - looking for instructi8ons / Plans to male a home made bearing puller/installer - if you got please post

  1. You can cut a piece of fork tube, or any tube with a 1 inch inner diameter. Cut it so it goes over the main shaft, but you can still see the threads on the main shaft where the clutch hub nut goes. Hold the tube with a pipe wrench, channel lock, or vise grip, and tighten the clutch hub nut to press the race down further.
