What's your question? I have gone through four locks on my tour pak, the key gets stuck about mid way of locking. will not turn either way and I have to force key out. Get another lock. My local dealer is no help, can anyone help?

  1. 4 locks is a lotta locks. Check the alignment. If you've had to force the locks to open or close...that's the culprit. Round up one of the used locks, remove the innards so the lock slug rotates easily, check the bag's alignment, adjust accordingly, install new lock. If your dealer is out of stock...I doubt the lock is prioritized, take the old lock to any lock store and they'll probably be able to renew it for you. By: 47Knuckle-Dragger on: 3-19-2011

  2. when you mounted the box be sure it was flat and not tweeked. could be made not square By: Guest on: 3-27-2011

  3. on my tour packs I make sure nothing is able to interfere with the little swing arm that comes down when I lock my bags. i made a little shield over the lock so if things shift it won't get jammed. If lock is hard to turn stop and check what is jamming it. Make sure the screws are tight, they tend to back off. If the are loose get out the blue locktite and fix em. By: MarkGoff on: 8-28-2011
