Can anyone tell me how to get this Bike registered? or do I do it as Custom Build. Need to get a title and License plates. Where is the serial number located on the frame of this Bike? the engine is from STD Development.com who is no longer in business. I do have reciepts for the whole Bike and parts. Any and all advise would be highly appreciated. Remeber it is a 69 FLH. Thqnks, 'CHATO'. |

- STD IS in business... http://www.stddevelopment.com/
That being said, I don't THINK (meaning I'm ~90% sure) that there is no frame number on your 69... With your STD motor, this means you'll likely be looking at a special assembly title. The specifics depend on your state, but there is likely an inspection process, and some kind of special tag which must be permanantely attached to the bike, possibly the frame AND engine, again depending on your state. - THANK YOU, for the replies to my question. Your answer was correct. As I had ask for this help, I was also asking around here. I couldn't hardly believe that the 1969 FLH frame did not have a serial number. But several told me that it didn't. As later AMF had bought out Harley and they began putting the serial numbers on. Then when Harley got the company back, they also from that time through today, they have serial numbers. I appreciate your replies. CHATO. By: CHATO on: 6-6-2011
