- This may sound really strange, but cross reference to Ford,I don't have the part # on hand at the moment, flu is kicking my ass.At your local auto parts house,an old wrench(not no fukking kid, they only read puter screens) will know what you're talking about and likely help.I've never had any luck w/auto zone.Cyclepages.com,used to have the best on electrics,I think the economy got'em,but still good links on that page. - well its not easy to swallow but harley has the only ECM for that bike its the Brains of that bike from what i know theres not and alternative the digital tech they use is what flashes all there ecm's with out it the bike well not run
you could try after market or smaller shops to get the ecm cheaper maybe but the flash needs to be done By: motocyclist86 on: 10-16-2011
- Does anyone know of any bike salvage yards. By: grizzly08 on: 10-17-2011
- Mine is screwed up too. I ordered a T-Max closed loop and will take care of it myself. The HD ECM is fixed and doesn't do any adjusting. It's a pretty basic system. Power Commandeer is alright but is still a fixed map. The T-Max has a 50% self tuning range. It's expensive, about 900, but you get everything you need and if you do any alterations later, most of them will be compensated for by the auto tuning. I know it's not on the cheap but consider it. Might be a bigger cost savings over the long term. Other than that, most of the ECMs run around 500 anyway. By: Guest on: 6-6-2012
