under a load on a hill bike starts to ping loses power and smokes out of the left tail pipe have true duels changed piston rings homed cylinder still does the same thing need help 1340 evo

- that is when i'm callin best motor man i know, needs serious diagnosis. compression,leak tests. could be a bad ring. might be couple things. lotsa luck, let us know what ya do

- You might try putting regular gas in. It burns faster and helps, had the same problem on a 1340 Fatboy. Works. By: Guest on: 8-20-2009
