What's your question? Looking for info about open vs. covered air cleaner filters... Any issues with rain, tearing, etc with open filters. Putting a Ness Big Sucker on with Rineharts, and deciding on the cover. Thanks

  1. I have been running a 2000 roadking with an open filter for about 80k miles. not a single problem with it. cosmo2000 By: Guest on: 7-13-2009

  2. if your EFI no changes needed your fuel map should pick up the changes if carb you may need to jet or at least adjust the Air fuel mix. other than that no issues on mine 13000 miles Rlee By: Guest on: 7-14-2009

  3. you will need to remap your ecm when you change pipes and go to a high flow air cleaner on a bike with efi "fuel inj" or get a vance & hines fuel pack and do it your self all the other you will need downloading of maps and put on a dyno...if you dont do anything you will run the risk of running to lean and notice back firing when you let off the gas By: Guest on: 7-21-2009

  4. An open air gives you more air fuel ratio but when you get caught in the rain park it.. By: TinyVNVMC on: 8-6-2009
