Chopperguy, Thought about you and your step-son this past week... A good friend had been battling Lymphoma for the past two years. About two months ago, a bunch of us from the ABATE chapter got together and formed a "team in training" group to raise money for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. Kelly, our buddy, took a turn for the worse about two weeks ago and died unexpectedly last Thursday. We gave him one helluva send off, but more importantly, HE gave us a chance to come together in friendship/ brotherhood. I'm a fat fuck and there's no way I can do the marathon in St. Louis, but some members of the chapter are running it and I'm content to raise funds and cheer lead.
