I was just in Tennessee in June. We were in the Haltons, VA (around Gate City) and we were about 20-25 miles away, so we went into Tennessee a couple of times for dinner. I've been around the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Danduridge, Gatlinburg area many times. I've ridden through the Smokies and gone into Cherokee and hit Deal's Gap one time and another went into Cherokee and onto Asheville, NC. Beautiful roads and excellent riding. You're blessed to live so close. Oh, by the way, how's that head feeling?

She got some some good news in the way of seeing a specialist. It's going to take some surgery, but we're on the right road. Yesterday, I got the cam sorted out and in the process had some Jameson's Irish whiskey, Some gentleman Jack and some beers. I drank a few bottles of water in between and I felt good this morning. I did what you did on New Year's Eve with a bottle of gin and paid dearly for it the next day hangover wise, but apparently I was the life of the party. Happy recovery!
