Welcome to our 13th year on the web!
Hard to believe the site started back in 1997, as the "Outsider's 1%er Biker News" hosted on a public server, with a few articles posted everyday for the handful of bikers who visited.
Then there was the Biker News Network, bikernews.net in various forms which has now grown into the biker community that is is today! From a handful of faithful visitors (Whom most are still around) to the thousands that now visit every day!

Australia - Rarely are we made to witness the enormity of devastation, tragedy and suffering that was the recent 'Black Saturday - Victorian bushfires' which claimed the lives of almost 300 men, women and children and destroyed an entire rural community and leaving in it's wake an insurmountable plethora of emotional, physical and financial hardships upon all those directly effected, however it is also times like this when man, stands tall above all else, sweeping aside personal and private contentment's to gather purposefully and in unity to lend a hand or a shoulder to lean on, anything of some helping measure to hold the line of mounting despair and assuage some of the unbearable burden steeped on our fellow countrymen in the true spirit of brotherhood, that is why in light of the horrific events that took place a month ago the south chapter of the Rebels Motorcycle Club hurriedly organised a public open day with a view to raise some cash relief for the Victorian bushfire victims, with great support from local Adelaide businesses who sponsored 32 prizes varying from $100 vouchers and AFL memorabilia, to the major prize of an 'Al Capone' wall mounted picture frame and replica Tommy Gun worth in excess of $2000 kindly donated by 'Omega Picture Framers', the afternoon was catered for with free face painting, jumping castle and Harley rides for the youngsters while the mums and dads who were not involved in the eight ball pool comp or who had prematurely exited the comp were able to kick back and soak up the good weather, great rock'n'roll (courtesy of legendary AC/DC cover band 'Bon n All') and fine cold amber fluids, altogether it was a great day for an even greater cause and when all the dust had settled Rebels mc were proud to be able to hand over a cheque totalling $10 000 dollars to the salvation army 'Black Saturday Bushfire Victims Appeal' entirely made possible through the generosity and support of the general public, local business and especially the Premier and State Government for without their ultra vires legislative encroachment and political diatribe against civil liberties, freedoms and absolute rights it would not have been remotely possibly to receive the strong support we actually did from other Motorcycle clubs such as the Finks, Gypsy Jokers, Decedents and other's to many to list here but notably all a part of the F.R.E.E Australia Party/family, Rebels mc with thanks to all that attended, supported and participated makes known to the victims that our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers are with you, in this time of immense sorrow. 1% 'China' RFFR.
