CLEVELAND - Duhamel Torres, a former Cleveland police officer, will spend a year in prison for having sex with a prostitute while on duty last year.
Torres, 43, sobbed and said goodbye to his family while Cuyahoga County sheriff's deputies handcuffed and escorted him from Judge John Russo's courtroom this morning.
Torres pleaded guilty in May to sexual battery and tampering with records. Ly
