Australia - THREE outlaw motorcycle gang members are the latest to be targeted in an international Crime Stoppers manhunt for fleeing fugitives.

They are Hells Angels David Carrol, wanted in connection with 13 murders and drug and firearms offences; Paul Eischeid, accused of kidnapping and murdering a woman who was stabbed to the point of decapitation; and Outlaw Motorcycle Club member Randy Yager, wanted on charges of murder and arson, among other crimes.

Crime Stoppers Australia chairman Peter Price said the men had managed to elude capture despite being wanted by some of the world's most powerful law enforcement agencies.

"Crime Stoppers is calling on people all around the world to find these people," Mr Price said. "They could be living next door, they could be living in Port Phillip, Darwin or Homebush Bay. Everyone has a next door neighbour.

"Interpol doesn't know where they are, but we are hopeful people all over Australia will look out for these fugitives and phone Crime Stoppers if they see them or have information about their whereabouts".

Canadian Carrol, 57, has Australian connections and an extensive criminal record. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a warrant out for his arrest in relation to gang crime, murder, and drug trafficking. He's among Quebec's 10 most wanted criminals, while the other two men subject to an international Crime Stoppers alert are on the "top 15 most wanted" list of the US Marshals.

Yager, 52, was the Outlaws regional president in Gary, Indiana, and the offences for which he is sought allegedly occurred during a gang war in 1994.

Eischeid, 37, has numerous tattoos, the most prominent being one on his stomach which says: "EISCHEID Hell's Angels Arizona".

The former stockbroker, said to appear clean-cut, studious and personable, is suspected of having a false identity and may seek work in his old field. He is facing charges of racketeering, and kidnapping and murder in relation to the 2001 death of Cynthia Garcia, who was stabbed so many time her head was nearly severed - a crime described as one of the most grisly in recent American history. He fled while waiting trial in 2004.

Mr Price said the three new additions to Crime Stoppers' Operation Infra were dangerous and people should not approach them.
