Australia - A man charged over a fatal brawl at Sydney airport has briefly faced court.
Farres Abounader, 28, from Brighton-Le-Sands, appeared via audio-visual link in Parramatta bail court on Saturday charged with riot and owner not disclose identity of driver/passenger.
His solicitor Amy Jenkins did not apply for bail, instead seeking an adjournment.
Police previously said they will allege Abounader is a member of the Comancheros bikie gang.
A total of eight Comancheros have now been charged over the brawl including their boss Mahmoud "Mick" Hawi, who was on Tuesday charged with murdering Anthony Zervas at Sydney Airport.
Mr Zervas, 29, died after allegedly being beaten with a steel bollard and stabbed during the March 22 brawl between the Comancheros and Hells Angels members.
He was the brother of Hells Angels member Peter Zervas, 32, who on Wednesday became the first alleged member of that gang to be charged over the brawl.
Abounader appeared on the screen in a tracksuit and waved and smiled at his supporters in the court room.
He will appear via audio-visual link at Central Local Court on Tuesday, when he is expected to apply for bail.
