Maryland - STOUGHTON - A former Stoughton police sergeant convicted of attempted extortion wants $113,000 from the town for overtime, unused sick days and time spent in court. The town says it won't pay.
David M. Cohen also asked the town to pay him 280 hours of overtime for time he spent preparing to defend himself against the extortion charge on which he was convicted.
Cohen filed the request through his attorney, Brian E. Simoneau.
