A Minnetonka police officer who pled guilty to breaking into a Chanhassen home in May was arrested again on Thursday, Dec. 17.
Dan Saba, 37, of Shorewood, was arrested in Victoria for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, according to Carver County officials. On Friday, Dec. 18, a Carver County judge ruled the misdemeanor a violation of Saba's release for a felony burglary charge. He pled guilty in December for a Chanhassen burglary earlier in the year. He was reportedly looking for prescription drugs.
Saba has been on leave from the Minnetonka Police Department since early 2009.
