Tulsa, OK - A night out at Oscar's Gastro Pub, 1738 S. Boston Avenue, led to an arrest and suspension for Tulsa Police Officer Thomas Floyd Fees, 33, on Friday.
Fees was asked to leave after a disturbance but refused. According to a police report, when he was forcibly removed from the club, Fees pulled out a revolver and pointed it at a witness' head.
The witness said that Fees had not gone to his car between being ejected from the bar and pointing the gun, so he must have had the weapon inside Oscar's.
When officers arrived, Fees was across the street on Boston. The officer admitted he was intoxicated, and a stainless steel revolver was recovered from his right pocket.
