Canada - ~RCMP officers charged after Kelowna dustup with Hells Angels~
Several people - including two RCMP officers - have now been charged in connection with a fight last summer outside a nightclub in Kelowna that involved local bikers and off-duty RCMP officers.
On Feb. 5, Crown Counsel approved charges of assault causing bodily harm against 25-year-old Kelowna resident Errol Milsom-Gardener, who made a brief court appearance Monday in Kelowna.
The charges came after a review of the attack on Const. Chris MacDonald.
On Aug. 7, 2009, while off-duty, 40-year-old MacDonald and 25-year-old Const. Kiel Samotej were allegedly involved in an altercation outside a Kelowna nightclub with 15 to 20 individuals wearing Hells Angels and Throttle Rockers "colours". ....
