Hard to believe the site started back in 1997, as the "Outsider's 1%er Biker News" hosted on a public server, with a few articles posted everyday for the handful of bikers who visited.
Then there was the Biker News Network, bikernews.net in various forms which has now grown into the biker community that is is today! From a handful of faithful visitors (Whom most are still around) to the thousands that now visit every day!

New Zealand - Claims by a Nelson gang that the Hells Angels will bring drugs to town have been rubbished.
The Southern Skinheads are threatening to attack gang members when they arrive in the city for a charity bike ride this weekend, over fears they will bring the drug P with them.
Jason, a supporter of Hells Angels, says P has been outlawed in the gang, and most members have good jobs and are well-respected in the community.
He says the gang needs to front up and talk to Hells Angels about their issue.
The Southern Skinheads president says his gang will burn down any pub they drink at or motel they stay at, and may even go as far as shooting them off their bikes.
He says his gang's drug-free and wants to keep Nelson city that way too.

Who do THEY represent? I always thought skinheads were primarily a white supremasist group, but being New Zealand is mainly of a Maori populus I`m wondering if these fucktards had a look out of their windows latley, instead of sitting in front of the box watching Sons Of Anarchy. If they are going there to do a CHARITY bike ride, what`s their problem? I`ve NEVER heard of any club going to any charitable function to put drugs in any town, if for arguments sake they were to, what would be the point if they are gonna leave straight away. I know many Maoris, they are a proud race with a warrior heritage. So I ask the question again, who do they represent?

I wonder if these skinheads barks are worse than their bites. I never been to new zealand, but it seems like an easy place to be a skinhead.

alright skinheads way to stand up and protect your community fromn drugs. Funny all these people commenting on shooting people yet thats what alot of MC do to protect their turf....if the R&W want to go there they should either meet with the skinheads to work out details or just abide by the skinhead rulkes...funny how the "big red machine" will meet with cops when they come to town....but not the skinheads....interesting

...That just goes to show you the reputation that those fucks have worldwide. And since when is it any different if they shoot a few 81's off the're bikes? Isn't that what they do to other clubs they don't want around? Sounds like the skinheads were there first,so under the 81's own "code" thats there territory,M.C. or not. Mabie they have watched too much t.v. But they got ALOT of balls. Good for them.
