Australia - A MAN charged over a shooting in a Rundle St pizza bar and who drove his car into a city nightclub once linked to bikies has been shot in the stomach at Mt Barker.
He was shot while standing behind his Mt Barker front door in what police describe as a "shocking, targeted shooting". The bullet went through a security screen and the door before hitting the man in the lower stomach.
The man, in his late 20s, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been taken to hospital for emergency treatment.
STAR Group officers, paramedics and uniformed patrols were dispatched to a house in Brideson Court, Mt Barker, late this morning after reports of a gunshot.
He then staggered outside bleeding heavily and collapsed on his driveway.
