United Kingdom - A jury will begin a second day of deliberations in the trial of six men accused of murdering a biker who was gunned down on the M40.
The panel, sitting at Birmingham Crown Court, has heard seven weeks of evidence about the killing of Hell's Angel Gerry Tobin in August last year. Jurors were sent home on Tuesday afternoon after considering the charges against the defendants for around five hours.
Prior to its retirement, Mr Justice Treacy said the jury should not feel under any pressure of time. Mr Tobin, a mechanic from Mottingham, south-east London, was returning from the Bulldog Bash bikers' festival when he was shot in the head near Warwick.
