Judge Gene Kean told lawyers moments ago that he will call everyone back into the courtroom at 6:30 tonight for a status update. In the interim, the jury will continue deliberating.
Wilson and Midmore each are charged with five counts of attempted first-degree murder for the Custer State Park shooting of a group of Outlaws during the 2006 Sturgis Rally.
