Ohio - LOCKLAND, Ohio -- A Hartwell man is facing a criminal charge for allegedly threatening to kill a police officer.
According to police, Johnathan Akers, 25, told an officer in Lockland Sunday night that he has connections to a motorcycle gang and was going to put a hit out on him.
Officers say Akers also made a motion with his hand to his throat in a horizontal (slashing) motion.
Akers allegedly told the officer "he was going to call an Iron Horseman connection he had."
He is scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
