Bikie bash charge AN outlaw bikie gang member accused of bashing his neighbour over a damaged gate will face trial.
Paul Raymond Boardman, 45, of Goodnight Scrub, was charged with assault causing bodily harm, attempted deprivation of liberty and illegally entering a motor vehicle after he allegedly attacked his neighbour, Robert Lindenberg, on May 13 last year.
The Finks gang member faced a committal hearing in Bundaberg Magistrates Court yesterday.
Mr Lindenberg told the court the pair had passed each other in their vehicles on Nielsens Road, when Boardman waved to the alleged victim to pull over.
The cattle farmer said he stopped his vehicle just after passing Boardman.
